return to a deflated state after saline infusion

Hi to all. I am new here and had posted this question as part of another thread. Let me try it in a thread on its own.

I am new to saline infusion. I did 3 1L infusions, allowing the sac to return completely to a non inflated state in between. I had no problems. I normally wear ball weights and got the split collars back on with no problem. I wear a total of 80 mm (sometimes for play up to 110 mm) stainless steel collars.

I decided to do a mini marathon and infused 1.5 L each day for 3 days. It took about 10 days for me to return to what I thought was a completely deflated state.

I find that I can't wear my split collars without interfering with circulation to my testicles. Is this a common occurrence? Have I permanently caused my scrotal skin to become thicker? There are times without the weights that the skin feels like it did before, thin and so supple. I do not relish the prospect of buying all new collars in a larger inside diameter, but that may be the only course open.

Hoping some one here can offer some advice or guidance.
