I have noticed that over time my cock has become thicker. My wife has also noticed the change. You wrote that the thickness lasts you about 24 hrs, probably my experience too but, I pump every day and as I work from home I can pump for a long time. Even when I haven't pumped for a time, my cock is still not as small as it was before I started pumping. I just thought; I have changed my routine after reviewing something Prelude99 wrote about core thickness. I have noticed that if I remain in the 'small' tube and then tweek the vacunm just a touch. I feel a increase in the pressure inside the shaft, pressing against the wall of the tube. Also, if I allow this condition to continue say 30 mins then go to my next larger tube I does not take as long to fill out the tube. Once I have filled the tube, I give it 15 mins or so and then tweek the vacumn again and wait. I feel the presure in the shaft and if I was to pull out in say 30 min I don't have a donut, as my cock shrinks, a donut does develope but it does not last very long. I feel that this proves that the expansion is in the shaft (the core) and not in the foreskin packing out with lymphatic fluid producing a gigantic donut. I don't pull out after30 mins the vacumn and the pressure feels really great, like a hungry tight teen ... yum.
