Hey Lburns, it's a 2 inch silicone ring from Pumptoys. It does work well, I slip it on prior to infusing and it does a nice job of preventing migration outside of my cock and sack to give a nice bloated feel. Only downside is that I have to wait a while to be able to pull it off, even though it's pretty stretchy.
