Thought I'd share my meatotomy pictures. I have decided that I have gone far enough on the underside of my glans, so I am now on a 'journey' along the upper surface. My techniques are twofold - after using alcohol first of course to wash the meatus and the blades.
Firstly, I open the meatus and rest a brand new and very, very sharp razor blade in the groove along the front of my peehole. I then allow the peehole to close behind it, as I find this keeps the blade vertical. I then apply a little downward pressure and draw the blade down and along, at the same time, until a few drops of blood appear - and then I stop and plug the peehole with a 'sausage' of rolled up paper tissue to stem the bleeding. This usually stops of its own accord within a few minutes. I then piss through the cut - fresh piss is sterile unless you have some sort of infection, and this helps to cleanse the wound.
The second method is used when I need to trim the cut - usually this is just inside my urethra because the razor blade tends to cut straight across. The cut is better carried on and downwards slightly inside the urethra. To do this I use sterile surgical scissors held firmly shut with a strong rubber band. I open the blade by a few millimetres and hold it open with a pencil or similar. Now I position the tips of the blades just above and below where I want to cut and, holding the scissors steadily in one hand, I remove the pencil in one quick movement. This causes the blades to snap shut very quickly and this slices through without having to stop to think about it!
