I start out in the monster jr. Then when I'm big enough for a good seal in the Sr. I switch to it.
I try to pump an hour or two a few times a day at around 3-4 Hg. when life doesn't get in the way.
I pump just until full and rest several hours allowing time to stretch. It took me around 20 hours over 2 weeks time to reach this size. It doesn't pay to try to make it happen overnight because you end up waiting for abrasions and blistering to heal.
Growing slow and steady also reduces skin darkening too.
