SALINE QUESTION AND ADVICE

MANAGED TO GET SOME SALINE AND SOME SYRINGES, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO INJECT THE SALINE DIRECTLY FROM THE SYRINGE, I WANT TO GET BIGGER CAN'T WAIT TO GET MY BALLS MASSIVE.
WANT TO IMPROVE ON MY PRESENT SIZE SO PLEASE GUYS I NEED YOUR ADVICE.

If you inject saline from a syringe you're only going to get to put in about 30-60 ml at a time. Once you inject that you're going to have to refill the syringe, and that's where things get weird.
Either you're going to have to remove the syringe from the needle to refill the syringe, or you're going to have to remove the whole thing from your scrotum, and neither works very well. Removing the syringe to refill it means that your saline can backflow out through the needle while it's still in the scrotum, which is bad. Also you can't keep the syringe sterile if you do that. If you remove the needle and syringe together you're going to have to re-plunge a hole each time to add in 30-60 ml more, which is very bad.
The best way is the regular way.
