Hi, Shaver77.
After three years of penis pumping (not balls), I have achieved pretty good results and much satisfaction. I have grown about 3/4 inch and got a good girth. Now I am interested in having a mushroom head and have achieved pretty good results (momentary, but may become permanent in the future) by pumping partially filling the cylinder with shower warm water. First I should explain that although I have a very good type of brass pump, I often like to produce vacuum with my own mouth, obtaining up to 15 inches Hg, but using no higher than 5-8 In Hg. I do this specially during my daily shower; after obtaining a good cock size in the cylinder using a good hand cream and mouth vacuum, I disconect the plug at the end of the hose (maintaining the hose clamped wity my fingers to prevent air from entering the tube) and let a mouthful of war mater enter the tube through the hose (by unclamping the hose once the end of the hose is in my mouth). You should not let the water cover the head of your cock. By then, the rest of the tube is already almost packed with the shaft. By holding the tube as vertical as possible and preventing water from covering the knob, all the vacuum actuates only on the head, since water is not compressible. After some 20 - 30 minutes in this fashion, I achieve a tremendous cock head at the end of the pumped shaft. It is exciting and the feeling is incredible. However, it takes practice to produce vacuume with your mouth and let the mouthful of water pass from your moth to the cylinder.

I am surprised that the mouth suction will produce 15hg . Will try this too. The"head-job" will be my main target.
