Has anyone used ky in sac if so how much ??

What gauge needle did you use? I use a 21 and have used 24G and 18G with very little leakage. Liquid skin bandage is a game changer.

i used 20g - no problems with leakage

nah. I didn't get round to injecting any more yet. still finding it pumps up pretty large and fast so not sure I need to do anything else. .

Well I'm going for it again. Doing another heavy 60mL Surgilube to both sides of shaft. I'm more confident of doing the large infusion now I know a triple antibiotic ointment will dissipate the swelling redness and stinging pain. I got a goal of 8.5 inches (12oz beercan) circumference by Saturday. I'm at 7.8 inches now. Hope the page will allow more pic posting when I'm done.

I don't recommend putting KY in your sac. It works fantastic in your cock but I've had mixed experiences with putting it in the sac. Fist time I did a syringe's worth of half KY, half saline. It formed a growth at the injection site, presumably scar tissue. It's been almost a year and the growth is mostly gone now. The first six months it was a little painful at times and the first part to swell up when pumping or infusing.
Then I tried 500ml saline and 2/3rds a tube of KY mixed in the saline bag. It caused the same kind of growths where the fluid migrated initially during infusing. They weren't painful but quite itchy at the beginning. Now those are mostly gone too.

I've done a couple KY injections in my cock, both straight and mixed with saline and never had these kinds of issues there and the tissue growth that KY provokes has been much more noticeable and effective there. I now have foreskin again

I added another 20ml of KY lastnight. Feeling big and cock is starting to feel quite different now, especially when pulling foreskin back. Not i can get much larger until skin stretches more.
