So, I've been lurking this thread a bit, I got to ask;

Do you guys have plugs in all day to get to the sizes you are or what? I been stretching a year or two, but I come on here and see guys with massive urethras makes me think I'm doing something wrong. I'm currently at 12mm but only have a plug in one full day a week and maybe every other afternoon (but not weekends).

Any suggestions for improvements?

I've been stretching for years and I'm only up to 13mm, its a slow process. In the beginning I went to fast and tore my urether and now have scar tissue part way down the shaft.
