The strectcher is a large shackle with a metal machined and bored round.

The routine. 10 min on my auto stretcher. This pulls my balls fwd, 50 times a min. Onto the treadmill for 20 min. I then rotate the shackle 180 degrees. Lay on my stomach for 10 min with the auto stretcher pulling from behind. Over to the weight bench. While I do bench presses, my balls pull on a 30lb weight. Back to the auto strectcher. Pull from behind for another 10 min. Then start lifting free weights. 20lbs 5min, 25lb 5min, 30lb 5min, 35lbs 5min, 40lbs 5min 45lb 1min, 50lb 1min 55lb 1min, 60lb 1min, 65lb 1min and as to date 70lb 1min.
