I was wondering if anybody has any real info (medical, not just intellectual speculation) on using a cock and ball cylinder and its effects on pregnancy. Thanks.

No no no. I meant does pumping one's testicles affect sperm, thereby affecting a pregnancy. If I wanted to get my wife pregnant, would ball pumping affect the sperm and cause any defects in the child.

If you pump your balls with warm water you can affect the sperm negatively, but this will not be an issue for you unless you have been told by your doctor to avoid things like using a hot-tub.

The vacuum pressure shoudln't affect the sperm production, just the heat.
