Look up in Wikipedia about Dextrose and Glucose, Dextrose appears to be a form of Glucose called D-Glucose.

Then go to Amazon.com and you will find a 500ml 50% solution for veterinary use. I guess the only thing you have to decide is whether dextrose for veterinary use is of any lesser quality or sterility than what is injected into humans.

40% glucose seems to give a 10 or 12 to 1 volume increase. What would 50% do?? I'd say start with 50ml and see what happens. Remember, this stuff is like eating a heap of candy bars all at once; if you are sensative to sweets than you will need to thiink carefully before injecting this.

Uk based so can't help with suppliers but start with 5% or 10% beforehand... 50% is going to EXPAND alot after injecting!

To gain 10% solution from 50% solution, dilute by the solution as 1 part 50% and 5 parts saline.

20cc of 50% solution and 100cc of saline becomes 10% glucose solution.

for 5% it would be 1 part 50% and 10 parts saline.
