I have been pumping for about six months or so using a vacutech 3x9 cylinder. However, I just can't seem to get the grapfruit sized balls some of you guys can achieve. Even after a couple of hours in the tube I get a swollen sac but nothing like the kind of balls that are getting posted.

Any suggestions guys?

I have the same experience; I am not sure, but I don't think you will get a grapefruit if you pump with a cylinder. I have been doing cock and balls now for about 2 months as well, and although my sac loosens up and pumps up, it is not swollen and round, just fleshier and fuller.

If my perusal of the tigerpumping.com site is correct, you need a two-stage or similar shape and a long session to get a grapefruit.

try a tea jar, you will get the big look you are after, it doesn't take too long at low pressure

Start with a STJ and stretching with weights. Show us your progress!!

use warm water and a heating pad to keep your balls warm while you pump. and yes you need a bigger chamber. use a STJ unless you really want to spend mucho money on a big chamber.

Russ.

Warm water, STJ, 1 1/2 to two hours, moderate vacuum (4-5 in. Hg). Don't go too high on vacuum. You will pull the groin too much and possible break some blood vessels.

Stretching also helps a lot. You will build up a longer sack to fill. Stretching takes time, but moderate weight hanging for long periods of time feels exquisite. I can now wear about 1 kg (2.2 lb) all day. When using weights, I usually coat the skin with ChapStik. It softens and lubricates the skin so sticking and abrasion is much less of a problem. I go through a lot of ChapStik. If you don't use weights, you can use Ace bandages or soft nylon braided rope for adjustable stretches. ::)
