Hey guys, i'm finally pumping again.  I'm taking it careful from the start, making sure that I don't stress out my capillaries and rupture them again.  Right now I'm in my STJ at 3.5" vac on my eelctric pump.  I'm going to take it slow but I feel like I'm as good as new.<br><br>I want to thank all my friends on here, and on Yahoo messenger, for putting up with my whining and griping for the past 6 weeks while I healed up from my O.D. on high pressure. <br><br>I swear I am never going to scream the pressure up to 10" and over again.  If you ever get the idea to try really high pressure, for any reason, put that damn fool notion out of your head. <br><br>Cheers, <br>Russ!

i know you are feeling mighty good mruss....i hate to miss one day let alone 6 weeks.....i tried real high pressure a couple times a few years ago and i learned my lesson too.  if it statrs hurting, i cut down on the pressure fast....

Well my first ballpump session in 6 weeks gave me pretty good results.  45 minutes of pumping at 3.5" hg and I had some very very slight discoloration where the petechia used to be.  So it looke like there's still a bit of structural weakening but nothing to be too worried about.  <br>For now I'll be keeping my sessions short and taking breaks much more often than I used to.  As long as I don't rupture anything again I'll be fine in no time.

well, i'm glad to hear that mruss, i wish you all the luck you need to bounce back to where you can pump like you want to.  i guess in time things will heal back internally and get toughened up again.....just go slow like you are doing and hopefully you will get back to normal

Thanks SG, yeah i'm having a nice long session tonight.. and i'm being a good pumper and not exceeding the limit of 5" HG  (Honest, I wasn't going over 5" officer!)<br><br>it's taking a bit longer to finally get my results but i'm willing to put in the extra time to make sure I get big safely.  I'm also taking Chelated Zinc tablets (1 a day) to help my cells mend.  It's supposed to help, and it didn't cost all that much.<br><br><br>
