If you have lower hanging testicles will it increase the time until you ejaculate?  What I'm trying to say is if you have real low hangers will it take longer before you ejaculate, or will it be the same as any other time?

All your testicles do is make sperm. That sperm is sent to your prostate, where it sits until you blow a load. I believe it was stated, in a documentary I once watched, that, ejaculate travels, from the prostate to the end of the penis in about half a second each shot. If I'm wrong it is quicker than that.

I know that the testicles go into a "lock and load" state when you are about to ejaculate...they start to come closer to the body.  I was wondering if they were lower if it'd take longer for that to happen.
