The only drug that will make it permanently bigger is winstrol. That only works if it is given to you while you are still prepubescent.
So sorry, the answer is no - if you are posting here with that question, you've probably missed your window.
I may be mistaken though but I've been told that cialis gives you a 10% improvement in thickness - but it's not permanent, it only lasts for the first wood after taking it.
