I can't seem to get past even the 8mm mark but do get a bit more length in... well over 150mm anyway. My urethra has a narrowing about 12mm in from the tip which I have to work at. Probably like the attached but it's quite tough. Doesn't really hurt to force it but I do worry about it and have had burning sensations for a few days after play sessions. Any suggestions?

I made these recently. The one without bumps is 8mm dia all the way. I tried it the other night but my 'tightening' seemed to scrape all the lube off and made it quite uncomfortable.
The one with the bumps is new and 7mm max dia and will go in tonight. You've encouraged me! Thanks. Fred

Be careful and try do not force the rod inside. If you are not able to insert more is because your body is not big enough to let it go inside.
My maximum for the time beeing is a rod 13 mm thick around 20 cm long.
I also have a ribbed sound 1/2" thick and a bit longer, but this one doesn't get inside all the way. Around 1,5" stay outside my cock.

I don't go for deep sounding but am still working on widening my meatus,
