Dadurch kommt die Eichel schön zur Geltung.

Ich schneide auch nur in kleinen schritten,sonst sind die Blutungen sehr häftig.
Bei der Oberseite ,ist es bei mir etwas schieriger, da ich noch die Vorhaut besitze.
Dadurch wächst es immer sehr schnell wieder zusammen.
Vieleicht sollte ich mal einen größeren Schnitt machen.

Hi guys,
I said I was going to update.
I had my surgery end of November last year as planned. Goal was to split the head. My surgeon used a cauterized pen as it would not be possible to stitch the skin.
Surgery went well and very easy to bear. Although I was kinda surprised to see him real sweaty once the surgery was done. He wasn’t in that state for the subincision and the most recent one lasted a lot shorter.
The problem was the aftercare. I didn’t think it was going to be this problematic. You constantly have to fight regrowth as the cut doesn’t allow the two halves to constantly remain separated (this problem will probably disappear as I go further down the shaft). My surgeon knew about this and I had to apply special bandages that they normally give to for burn injuries. It’s a mesh impregnated in with some kind of pomade. I forgot the name if someone knows plz remind me.
But the issue is having to change them all the time (every 24-48h). And you won’t believe the amount of blood that comes out.
As I was so afraid to open up the bandages (the whole head is wrapped up to prevent swelling and bleeding). After 48h I had to do it and the mesh had started to fuse with the skin. As I removed it blood started to pour out as it was ripping the skin in the process. So I came up with the idea to imbed the whole head in water to make everything soft and easy to remove. Sure thing it worked.
Days went on ok and I started to notice strong regrowth. You can see on the pictures I used to have my whole head split in 2. But now I lost more than half of it. And a scar is there to remind me. The problem is that my surgeon split my cock not from top to down but kinda from the inside of my cock towards the bottom (as you split a sausage in 2 to grill but still have the 2 halves attached to each other). He believed that this technique would make it that the dorsal vein would gradually go back with each procedure. The problem I faced is that I could not prevent the inside of my penis the regrow.
I will have to undergo another surgery in November of this year to complete the job. It’s quite frustrating but I guess it’s part of life.
So to conclude, my desire to split my cock, despite all of the hardships, has but increased. I will achieve my goal. It’s just a matter of time.
I want to deepen the subincision and last but not least castrate myself when all the prior steps are done.
