amazing result! you are so gigantic! Unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to do that yet! But I admire your size. How long have you been with Gel in total? How often do you add Gel?

Both sides at once. That’s a lot going on at one time. (too much for me)
Do you sit? Stand? Recline?
I think instead of sitting on the edge of the bed I;m going to get a better angle reclining and propping up myself with some cushions and padding.

You were right about the 30ml syringes. I ordered 20ml ones and hope they work with the 18 needles I have.

Naturally we are uneven so I guess its natural that this would not go evenly. I plan on adding to my right side for the first time. I would like to go with at least 60cc.

Before you used a catheter did you ever try unscrewing the syringe from the needle and leave the needle inserted then add another syringe?
Do you have an end in sight for a size you want to get to?

Based on what you have said I probably wont try a dick injection.

Would you mind sharing the link to where you get your catheters?

Boomber_mod - Tomorrow will be 2 years since my first Surgilube. I add more anywhere from 7-90 days. It all depends on how much I added last time, how much I've shrunk, and when my next planned business trip is that i have to hide it.

Just4me - I almost always inject on both sides at the same time. I used to do the same with dextrose and saline. Gotta go for that impossible symmetrical look. 🤣. I always sit in a comfortable spot where I can spread out easily and don't move from that spot until the injections are done. I've done exactly as you described about swapping syringes with both catheters and hypodermic needles. Always sanitize hands before exchanges. With regular needles they tended to move around a bit during the exchange and cause bruising (internal cuts and bleeding). That's a BIG reason why I switched. The catheters I use can be bought here:

As far as size is concerned my plan is to just keep maintaining a size I can reasonably hide for work purposes. Luckily I work from home and see customers and coworkers about once a month. Luckily again, my wife is finally clued in to what I'm doing so i don't need to be so secretive at home. She definitely isn't a fan though.

My biggest annoyance at the moment is that the left side is big and low so it is hard to tuck and hide. The right side is big and back so it's partially tucked between my legs no matter what and pushes the left side more forward.

Admittedly, if I was even side to side I couldn't hide this. If both were like the left I couldn't push my balls back to tuck them. They're too hard and I'd have to waddle to walk. If both were like the right I'd be forced to waddle no matter where I tried to hide them because part of the mass is between my legs.

Everyone is different but if you start to see different settling points from right to left they won't change. They will only get more exaggerated as you add more.

That first pic is a monster!
You gonna need your own zip code.

Maybe it's natural that thing dont end up so balanced?
What i mean is that even without any type of modification we arent perfectly symmetrical
so trying to keep symmetry may be not possible.
I'm sure it bothers you more than any of us.

Thank again for the help and advice

Lonepmpr - My goal is to get as big as I can while being able to hide it in public. I'm pretty much there now so I'll just be trying to maintain this size. I've bought almost a complete new wardrobe to hide this. Jeans don't work unless they are really baggy. Carhartt work pants are pretty good though since they are made with lots of movement in mind. All shirts i wear need to be untucked button ups or one size too big polos. T-shirts, proper fitting polos and hoodies just rest on top of my bulge and make it even more noticable. Wearing a suit without drawing attention is almost impossible. Best I've done is to wear compression bike shorts (or 2x) as underwear and even then I keep the suit jacket on all the time.

Thanks just4me. I'm glad my sharing is helping you and others. Once I decided to make the jump to SL i was set on sharing everything so folks could make more educated decisions. Big change after mostly lurking in here for almost 20 years. SL is definitely not for everybody, or even 1% of folks, but information can help those interested have less complications. 👍

Squirrel.... Thanks for being so upfront about this. Please keep it up. I've done SL .....3 or 4 tubes worth. You have made me interested in doing it again. My wife vasilates whether she likes it or not. Again keep up the good work.

Idle hands lead to the genitals... I did another big add yesterday to my balls. 60ml left and 90ml right. I'm officially past being able to hide this. Won't be doing another add for at least two months. Like before, the adds to the left hang very low and protrude forward, and the add to the right settles on the back side of my scrotum between my legs. I tried to inject in spots to avoid this and even things out but this is just where it goes now. Wearing a leather splitter can make it all look kind of symmetrical. Sorry for the weird pics. I put a neoprene strap under my leather and silicone rings so they don't dig in to the skin. It may not look great but it's the most comfortable solution I've found to keep tight constriction for more than an hour and stay comfortable.

You have gone way past me now! I can’t get bigger than 15-16”, 20 is huge. One question, how do you fill the syringes? Like do you fill them or do you pull from the tube, I always have trouble with air bubbles getting in the syringe. I usually go longer between fills but I also can’t get too big due to my job lol.

I fill the syringes by removing the plunger and squeezing the SL in from the back side. I push the air out of the SL tube with it upright before starting to fill the syringes with even pressure on the tube. I let it run down the side of the syringe so it fills from the bottom up (tip to plunger). I squeeze it like how toothpaste tubes are supposed to be squeezed, from the back end to the opening. Then I put the plunger back in past the first "bump" so it's secure and stand the syringe up on the plunger. It takes about 1-2 minutes for the one big air bubble to move to the other end in 20ml syringes. It takes 2-3 minutes in 10ml syringes and a minute or less in 30ml ones. After the air bubble is at the end I push the plunger past the second "bump" to push the air bubble out on to sterile cause or a sanitized cloth. The amount of air left in the syringe after this is typically the equivalent of a 1/8" ball. It's caused by the SL being so thick that when the plunger is pushed the SL in the middle moves up faster than the SL touching the walls. It starts to squirt out the end with a tiny bit of air in a circle around the outside of the syringe by the tip. If I didn't overfill all of my syringes it would be easier to remove even this tiny bit of air by pushing the plunger really slowly. Because I overfill, the SL tends to hit the opening as the plunger passes the second bump which makes it hard to go slow at that spot.

Also, i always put in the catheter (or needle previously) in with nothing attached first. I know this technically allows a tiny amount of air contact to my insides but seeing that I've not hit a blood vessel if nothing comes back out is my preferred safety method. After hitting veins back in my saline/glucose days (big bruising that doesn't go away quick), and the necrosis complication early on in my SL adventure in my dick, KNOWING I'm not in a vein is a big deal for me.

I had the same issues when trying to pull the SL in to syringes by pulling the plunger back. No way to seal the SL tube to the syringe so one hand was needed to squeeze the SL while the other pulled back the plunger on the syringe. It always allowed a fair amount of air bubbles in. And those little ones took WAY longer to float to the top if I stood it up for a while. That feeling and sound when air bubbles go through the needle was pretty unsettling for me. Just like my 20 years of saline and glucose I've always done what I can to reduce air getting in.

That is smart and I’m totally going to do it that way next time. I think it’s the reason for getting a fever honestly. Thanks for that knowledge. From the last time I injected the two spots are already about 50% of what they were to start. After that it slows down for me absorption wise.

Thanks for the advice on the syringe. That pour method works really well. I did another 35 each side. Bout 15.5” after I injected. It’s weird we’re this stuff goes both sides with down which was great. Can’t really control it. Prob take a break for a bit again like a couple months at least. Kinda at my limit, I’m sure it’s already noticeable lol

I hope I can weigh in here.
you have helped me with this a lot too.
-
I have only pulled the stopper and squeezed it into the syringe. Using a 2 oz tube let quite a few bubbles in.
For bigger bubbles i would use a sterile syringe needle to work them out.
I didnt worry about small tiny bubbles which only seemed to happen near the end of emptying the tube.
THEN...
I got the 4.25 oz size of tube.
The ending of the tube is so big that it nearly feels a 10CC tube and there were no bubbles or voids to work out of the way.
it took seconds to fill the syringe all the way to the top. no air what so ever. Probably lost 4-5 CC getting the stopped past the bump.

EVen if you only inject a partial tube its a lot easier.
