Currently my largest tube is 4.75" in diameter which is packed in less than 1 hour.
I would need a tube larger than 15".
I thought I'd make it using your technique.
What type of silicone do you use?
I would like to use a food grade silicone but it costs too much!

I've tried a lot of different silicones over the years and found this to be the best over all in shapeable, smell and I have no reaction on my skin.

How many cartridges are needed to make a good seal?

I think I used two but I bought 4 incase of mistakes........and around $10 each the cost may be close to the medical grade silicone

I am taking delivery of a replacementy Sun Tea Jar today. The inside opening on my Pump Toys seal is much too small for when I pump up fully. I'll be fabricating a seal following your advice. So thanks for sharing the techical stuff. And thanks for posting photos of that wonderfully enormous pumped package. KEEP GETTING HUGE. THEN GET EVEN BIGGER THAN THAT. AND ENJOY EVERY INCH AND EVERY MOMENT OF YOUR PUMPING EXPERIENCE
