Hanging heavy once again trying to wear out this hard tendon like tissue running down the middle of my penis.

I believe I had hanged an hour and then pumped for 30 minutes in my 2.125” then finished off with some clamping to further expand the internal veins causing angiogenesis.

Was feeling pretty sore last night and even ended up missing my evening hang but luckily I had gotten some dang good work in the morning. I’ve been hanging heavy so I’m a bit fatigued and feeling slightly under the weather so I’m taking it easy at the moment. 7lbs with a new stand I got from harbor freight to utilize a more effective s/o hang.

They are silicone sleeves from lghanger llc that I’ve cut to size.

Thanks and yup, it’s adjustable. The higher up the more it targets the under portion of the ligaments.

30 mins in my 2.125”

Tried something different to hit high pressures. Managed 30 minutes blister free then re wrapped slightly different and went in without the sock and got a tiny blister. but potential for 20-30 minute high pressure spurts!
This coming week I’ll be doing a full day of either hanging or pumping. Which to do is the question. that is of course if thin tiny blister heals in time before next Thursday
