I am considering it. I have done my sac a few times and while I loved how large it got it was incredibly hard to hide at work. Would love for the actual balls to be very very large vs the sac itself being large. I have done about 400ml in my cock over the last year and have 8” girth consistently. Want a pair of nuts to match! When you take some pics of you could compare it to household items

I'd also done SL in my sac a few years ago and got to a pretty decent size. But there is no comparison between the feeling of just SL in the sac, and having super sized nuts. If you decide to go for it there are a few here on the forum who will, I'm sure, be willing to support your efforts.

The biggest obstacle in SL testicle injection is overcoming the thought that there is no way that sticking a needle in your testicle isn't going to hurt like hell. My hands were shaking pretty hard when I did my first injection. But all there was after the typical discomfort when piercing the skin, was a definite sensation as the needle entered my testicle. The sensation was not painful, almost kind of weirdly sexual. Don't expect to inject too much your first few times, it can get painful if you try to do too much at a time; probably 1cc to 4cc is good to start. BTW, I use a 21ga needle, and 5cc syringes. If you have any discomfort after the injection, I've found an Ibuprofen is all I've ever needed.

If I were to compare the current size of my left nut to a household item, I'd say it's pretty much the size and shape of a standard computer mouse, not one of the smaller sizes. When I cup my sac, the testicle fills my hand almost exactly like the mouse on the desk next to my keyboard. My right nut still has a good way to go to catch up.

Ya that is pretty big. Has it held size pretty well? How often do you add? Any reason the other is lagging behind?

This was the same day as the picture before, only later in the afternoon, after things had warmed up a bit.

Overall how much SL have you done in each testicle? How does the size maintain overall? How often do you find yourself topping up?

Three days after 12ml in each testicle. Holding at 14 inches.

Cgene, that looks amazing! Hopefully I'll get to your size in a few weeks. I really think that about 14" is the optimum size.

I did a longer response post, but somehow it got lost.

About 37cc left, 20.5 right. I'm not in the "topping-up" phase, because I'm still looking to increase size. Once I get to the size I want, I'll probably "top-up" once or twice a month with 5 - 10cc each side.

I got a bit of an additional swill on the left a couple of days after my last injection and over the last day or so I've lost some of that, so I'm currently back to about where I was shortly after the injection.

If you held one in your hand was is the rough size of each testicle? How much total have you injected over what period?

Each testicle is about the same size but different shape. Over the past 18 months I have added about 150ml to each during 16 injections. 13 to 14 inches is really pleasant. Stay well
