Yeah pretty much, I edge for a while of course, and massage it, but it keeps swelling when I sleep. I think it's 26mm? It is one of my old PA rings when my piercing was smaller. Split ring design so it comes off easy in case of emergency

Hi all
I have always been told to pump slowly at say -30kpa for a longer period. My electric pump goes only to -50kpa and that is quite strong. I have been pumping for over 10 years and sure enough my girth has definitely increased and i have now a lot of skin being uncut.

30 Kpa is nearly 9inHg - that’s not low!
