Another Surgilube Experience AND Warning

From my experience when ya first inject its soft but when it encapsulates it gets hard like having extra balls in the sac but it can be annoying at time when they take up most of your sac and are hard. They get smaller as the body consumes them over time.

Just read that chart squirrel posted again, at this point he has done the same amount as me over all but in far less time. I started about 10 years ago with long breaks in between and his is within a year really. About 800-900 ccs overall.

I've been using 20g catheters with 20ml syringes for my balls and 22g catheters with 10ml syringes for my penis. I don't know the exact math, but the gist is, the larger the needle the easier to push, and smaller diameter the syringe plunger the easier to push. Now that I have a fair amount in my cock I'll be going up to 20g to make things easier. The chance of injecting near the surface and casing a necrosis is reduced now that it's bigger. May move to 18g and larger syringes for my bag too. Doesn't seem too necessary though. This last top up was 6 syringes in balls, 3 in shaft and only took a little over an hour. 60%+ of the time was spent pushing the 3 syringes on top. The only reason I'd change for the scrotum at this point is to reduce syringe swaps (infection potential).

Don't know the measurements but I'll take some when I get back home this weekend.

When I'm warm (just getting out of bed in the morning) it's very big, mostly squishy, but also very visibly lumpy. The lumps from the top ups of varying ages feel anywhere from hard boiled egg to normal testicle in firmness. The older and smaller they are the tougher they get. When I'm cold or it's later in the day and I've been squished in to clothing for a while the whole scrotum feels mich harder and the lumps are much less visible, but still there under the skin. It depends on how cold and how everything has been positioned. The warm/cold dynamic is really similar to someone who hasn't done any of this, just on a larger scale.

The first 5-7 days after adding Surgilube is an adventure though. For me it grows a lot the first 24 hours then keeps growing a little slower for the next 2-4 days. Wearing rings to keep it in place can drag out the max size to nearly a week. Then the reduction to my new "normal" takes another 2-3 days. At that point any discomfort that may have happened will be done other than trying to figure out how to wear clothes.

For anyone considering this... It seems impossible to predict how it will settle and what it will look like. If you are looking for a very specific appearance, this is not for you.

Def more than me now! Granted I have not been doing shaft, so nervous of having a blowout again. It left a nasty scar. I have 30 mm syringes so that might be the issue. But how do you fill them? You pour it in the syringe? Def measure how much circumference you have, you’re the only other one I’ve see doing sac, after about 900 ml since I started I’m at 14.5” non swelled atm. I think I’ve lost most of it however due to absorption.

Also I hate when it goes up instead of down in the sac that def can be sore near your shaft and balls.

So I did end up injecting some Surgilube this morning. I estimate I got about 50ml in between both sides.

Only part I didn't like is inserting the needle (always hate that part lol). I used 18 ga needles and 30ml syringes. As others have noted it is really hard to push with 30ml syringes, probably gonna order some smaller ones here soon. Not impossible, but pretty difficult.

I just did the ballsack, no plans to do cock. Pre injection I measure about 8 inches around. Post injection about 9 1/2. Currently there's about 2 grape size lumps in there. It's been about 4 hours and starting to swell nicely.

Other than that, nothing unusual or extraordinary to report. Aside from the needle, no unusual pain or discomfort so far. Pretty pleasant experience, I will continue to update as I go along.

Something weird has happened. Did a bunch of physical activity yesterday and my balls started to get sore as the day went on. Waking up today they're really sore. Pain is mostly isolated to the right side on to he back of the scrotum where i added 80 ml last time. Also, when I woke up I am MUCH larger than I started the day yesterday. Nearly 18"! Was probably settled at 14-15" before.

If I had to guess the big add got squeezed and the encapsulation that started to happen opened up to allow my body to see "new" SL again. This happened 12 days after the last top up.

That is exactly what happened to me squirrel! I went like 3 weeks after an injection and Boom swelled up huge! It’s happened to me twice in the course of the last 5-6 years. Not sure what happens to cause that it’s like the body is moving it and it causes it to swell more again.

Also I must be bigger than I thought, I figured I was like half your size but if you’re 14-15 before that swell I’m right there… lol (and that’s after yearrrrrrsss of doing it). If it swelled to 18” that’s a big swell! When it happened to me I got a slight fever too. You’re def past me but I’m surprised I’m still 14” min around after I had such a long break.

Also IA, that 18 gauge is hardddd to press it though I think I’m gonna warm it up next time to help but only fill syringe like to 10 cc so it’s easier to press down on.

I'll start a new thread tonight when I get home. I got around 50ml in between both sides, this was Saturday morning around 8 am. No fever or chills, just some slight dull pain that I believe was caused by me being on my feet and active most of the day. Good experience so far though

I've done a few adds since the last post. 40/40 in my balls a week after the last update, 30ml in my dick split between a week and three weeks after. Another 60/60 in my balls tonight.

Lessons learned... My adds in the penis we're on the top and underside. I was trying to even put the "cobra" look of my dick being super wide. It looks good but made it incredibly hard to hide in clothes. I have a very noticable bulge now.

The first add in the balls was to maintain size. It seemed to shrink really fast since I haven't been wearing constriction rings regularly. Tonight's add was to get bigger again. We'll see where I end up over the next couple days. I plan to wear rings at least 80% of the time with a ball splitter strap to hopefully make it look like two balls instead of one big ball.

I'll post pictures again in the next day or two. And check out my post about cock ring reviews... It says what I use and the downfalls of the rings i don't use any more.

Two needles (catheters). One left, one right. Used three 20ml syringes. Two we actively infusing while the third syringe sat upright to clear out the air. I fill them by removing the plunger and dumping SL in but let them sit for 3-5 minutes for the bubble rise to the top so i can push the air out. It's not the cleanest method but I take precautions with regular sanitization of my hands before I touch anything. I don't recommend it it but it works for me.

No side effects other than my appearance getting VERY uneven. Mass on left side is forward and hanging very low. Right side gravitates toward the bottom/back of my balls, by the pereneum/taint. I've always wanted an even look but my drive to just get bigger is overriding it.

Added 30ml to the top right of my penis the next day. All in one spot. There was some pain during injection and discomfort for the next 24 hours. Won't do this much again up top since it settled nowhere near where I tried to put it. For me it seems that dick injections are extremely unpredictable. When I try to massage it to move it where I want it's quite painful. Feels like internal tissues are tearing (they probably are).

My biggest annoyance at the moment is that the left side is big and low so it is hard to tuck and hide. The right side is big and back so it's partially tucked between my legs no matter what and pushes the left side more forward.

Admittedly, if I was even side to side I couldn't hide this. If both were like the left I couldn't push my balls back to tuck them. They're too hard and I'd have to waddle to walk. If both were like the right I'd be forced to waddle no matter where I tried to hide them because part of the mass is between my legs.

Everyone is different but if you start to see different settling points from right to left they won't change. They will only get more exaggerated as you add more.
