Dextrose 10%, why less is more

An area to talk about saline inflation.

Damn big bag pipe and not your biggest either  It's got to be the size of my head on my shoulders, like WOW!!!!!! Do you always infuse from the underneath side of your sac? I've always had needle placement top side of bag split just under my cock. I just figure let gravity do its thing flowing downward. Thoughts? I always use butterfly needles not catheters. What is really the difference between the two?
Currently in Costa Rica since 1/24 and haven't infused or pumped since then. CRAVING big time and seriously thinking of bringing infusion material back with me in November since I can't get the supplies here. Thanks for your input and you truly are a God to us infusion whores :D

My wall thickness increased so much that I needed to penetrate deeper, otherwise the flow rate would decrease dramatically even with the pressure cuff. Catheters are longer and reach the internal cavern. After a while I came to appreciate the flexibility of the catheter instead of the sharp, rigid needle.
I have harpooned the same area as you do and straight into my dick but it seems like there are fewer nerve endings down low.

This is what I’m up to now….

I couldn’t infuse because of the seepage yesterday which was a setback but I was still at 23” when I put in 1,400 ml tonight which only took me to 24” when I stopped filling because I felt like I was getting full.
Here’s the results at 25-1/2”.

So your at around 23 to 24 infused, I am at 23 non infused and unpumped, you know now exactly how it feels to be that size, but I have to go to work like that and climb roofs etc

I would love to see you scaling a ladder. I don’t know how you manage the logistics of it! Your coworkers and clients must be getting an amazing show! Do they ask you about your bulge?
At this size I move more slowly, stay mostly in bed and edge compulsively.
But after a week or two I’m ready to reduce to a manageable size again. Until the next craving…..

I am starting to have the same problem. I need longer and longer Catheters. I think my new ones are inch and a half now.

That’s what I use too,
Your baseline size is probably also very large I would think.
My bag is about ready for another fill up.
It was at 26-1/2” when I woke up to do my chores and is now down to 25-1/4” and floppy so we’ll see how much it grows tonight. I don’t expect to break through to 30” but hope to get within striking distance of it again!
For some perspective, that jar has a 3” opening.
It keeps me from having to make trips to the lavatory while paper towels are more durable than TP and it keeps the cold jar from touching my skin.

I just added 1,250 ml at 23” which took it up to 25”.
I probably overdid it but if it doesn’t leak I should hit 27 or 28”.

Thanks man, it didn’t blow up much more but it’s okay I really enjoy the weight of it but still might add another liter tomorrow if I can. Even if it’s just enough to prolong it for a while.

For real. My eyes are telling me that is huge, but I really can't gauge it properly.

Here’s a large wool cap that fits pretty good.
