Hey I heard it might cause a infection!! is this true?? should it be sterilized first????

Here's another shot, this time close up and outside in the sun. I'm thinking of making another one of these but longer inside, through hole also, but shorter outside, maybe close to flush with the end of the glans.

Now, Stainless. Love to see a picture of your PW. I've been looking for one, with a pee hole, that I can 'pop' in and have it stay in without fear of it falling out. Yours sounds like it might do the trick.

I found a penis plug/chastiy device that had a metal ring that fit around the ball sack and locked. It kept the penis at a curved down position. I can't find that website now. Any ideas?

And check out their gallery as I'm sure you'll find that particular plug there. If not you'll find the site interesting anyway. That's where I got my penis plug with hole. Only problem is that it slips out too easily and also (because it is 10mm has a tendency to slip too far into the penis.

Before the indentation, 9.94mm, after the indentation, 11mm

The 9.94 part will snap in and the 11mm won't go in yet. When it does, then this won't fit any longer. I spent a lot of time getting this machined just right. I'm thinking of making another, little longer insert part, maybe flush outer part. Then it wouldn't stick out and could be worn under clothing in more comfort. It's stainless steel and it takes a lot of work to make, cut, polish,try it, cut, polish and try again etc.

I agree--stainless your photos and your handmade penis plug are works of art (deliciously hot works of art I might add). My photos are no comparison and my penis plug is just an ordinary one that I bought but there is no way its going to fall out (not unless I stretch my hole to a much larger size).
