Fairly simple design in Sketchup -
Elongated spheres for ball & cock pockets.
3 1/2" cylinder for cushion attachment.

New urethral inserts -
Hollow, rounded ends. Medical tape over the tube end & down sides of your cock hold it in.
Pee hole designed so you don't have to remove tube & tape to 'go'.
These taper up to 17mm diameter & 100mm long for me. Rescale length & diameter to fit you.
I printed with PLA & .1 mm layer height.
I can leave them in most of the day.

Is there any reason why one could not design and print something similar to regular stainless steel ball weights/stretchers?

Yes, but it will not have any real weight. I got this pic some where (maybe here) of a 3d printed torture type stretcher.

Has anyone tried tpu or tpe to make there own seal?
I've just ordered a roll of tpe and a roll of tpu. I haven't made a file for the seal yet, but I'm going to give it a try in the next couple of weeks. I'll update when I do to say how it went and I'll attach the file for anyone interested.

Printing watertight isn't easy to achive. Getting it airtight will be even more challenging. I would print a mould and than make the seal out of silicone. Got great success so far.

Tpu is a flexible rubber like filament, and tpe is even softer and strechier material. I think getting a seal won't be a issue. But I'll post results after I try it. I ordered a few upgrade parts for my printer as well. So in a week or 2 when I have everything ready to go I'll give it a try.

I recently pumped in a jar with 2.75 opening and it was awesome, was one of the smaller jars I've ever tried, but one of the best as well. Because no fat pad got sucked in the tube too, it was all the good stuff, awesome pumps. But the jar isn't quite big enough. So I'm going to try a bigger mason jar with a wide mouth which is a 3" opening, so I'm going to make the seal have a 2.75 opening because I liked that size. And the jar won't dig in with the seal which is a bonus. I think it will work great.

I have a ender 3 with a bunch of upgrades.
Things you'd want would be a heated bed, and a direct drive extruder. Auto bed leveling would be great, but you can get away without it.

Tried making my own tube but its not perfect in the measurements have to try it again.
maybe some one is interested in this designe.
i thought you can pump your cock a bit and the when the tube is sealed you can focus on ball pumping :,D no idea if it will work.
At least it seems pretty comfortable for me.
