Do short pressure peaks every few seconds. This way you'll massage the fluids right into your sac! You should always feel comfortable with the peaks. Start slowly, it should never hurt.
thank you for sharing your experience. I have to admit that I need at least 4 hours to reach your results.

Do you have a hint, how long your pressure peaks last? 10 seconds or 30 seconds? or in other words, what to aim for: max time or max pressure, or best mix of both?
Your self-made Tube is also a great inspiration. Love it so much and will think of it an your results when I'm under vacuum next time..
