What are you using for a seal

A length of builders expansion gap foam, comes in a roll, very cheap from hardware, I joined one end to other to make a circle to slip over the jar rim, used silicon to hold a n place by putting a bead of it on the inside of rim, around the top of rim and outside of rim, slipped the foam circle over the outside of rim, added a bit more silicon to make sure all the glass rim is covered and foam is totally secure, the foam extends higher than the rim so when pumping your balls and cock it is quite comfortable

I'm a beginner at this, I've only done it a couple of times. The first half hour is a bit challenging and uncomfortable, but when I'm about to reach an hour, I feel like I can draw all the air inside the jar. I use a mayonnaise jar and a vacuum pump. I also enjoy huffing poppers. My longest session has been 2 hours with the jar on. I've loved the results after pumping; they last a maximum of 3 days but gradually diminish. By the 4th day, there's absolutely no noticeable difference. I'm trying to find a ring that seals the opening because it's one of the most uncomfortable parts, and when I exceed 40 minutes, the vacuum starts to pull more skin from my pubic area
