One good question when do you starting to see 8 inch girth unpumped?,... Is it when you start packing the 3 cylinder or 3.25 or 3.50?? Just looking at those measurements got me excited

I'd been working on my 4" cylinder and stepping down to the 3.5" and then back up to the 4" to generally pack the 3.5" completely and then 80%+ of the 4" only cock.

I started at 7" girth when hard. Currently experiencing girth over 8" when soft. I began showing those numbers after working my 4" first and stepped down to 3.5. To reach these levels the progress was use 3" or larger tubes only cock. Full package pumping did assist with the base girth initially but full package pumping isn't required beforehand anymore to create a decent seal.
I think I understood what you were asking but my details may not be coming across correctly. I only recently achieved this level of girth so the actions I took to get there and for it to read as permanent was with the 4" to 3.5" and back up again. Also in the beginning of my journey I had a 2.5 that broke in 2 days. A 2.75 that a friend broke after a few months, and a 3.5 that I never used. I loved pumping so much and truly wanted to only focus on my cock that I began using my 3.5 only cock which was quite difficult until I'd been in the tube for 30 minutes. This caused me to grow much bigger than I expected and bigger than most people expected at that time. So early on I used tubes too big and stayed dedicated to it and now those tubes are the things I start in.

thank you for the detaili explanation Prelude99, so it's not bad to skip tube size here and there from time to time, because I only packed the 2.25 1 to 2 times before I got 2.50x 8 and now I have a 3x9 so I'm gonna start in 2.50x8 and then move to 3 for 5 months then I'm go straight to 3 after 5 months. 
I too skipped couple of cylinders I started in the 1.79x9 Thickwall and now look where I'm at, I think most pumpers have a problem with balls getting stuck in bigger tubes but I never have that problem 
I can't wait get to 3.50 I would so happy
