I use those stretching bands for exercise, they are rubber and elastic in different widths, cheap too and force everything forward.

In the pump and keeping it strictly at 5hg. My skins been bruised and sore the past couple days from hitting as high as 20hg but that’s the way I get most length and where it feels the most intoxicating to the point where I’m holding back a nut chilling at 15hg enjoying tingly sensation that I simply can’t describe. Gonna be milking the tube to stay hard while I watch Chloe Cherry getting pounded. Pump on fellas.

Welshy; that sounds like a great idea. Got any pics to give us all a better understanding? I have some silicone tubes meant for a sort of ads but I got tired of lubing them up or having to take off and on.

Hanging 6.5lb shooting for an hour followed by an hour but will do what I can fit in the schedule. Edit. Only managed 30 minutes so went ahead and snapped on the ads. Until later… really have to get up at 4am tomorrow. Last night I nibbled on a psilocybin mushroom which kept me up pretty late. Should have been hanging and pumping them but I was meditating on thoughts.

Lovely hang, i used to do same hang until i got my 2 part weight, has hooks on side for more weight.
Anyway those rubber bands i use here's a pic you can cut to any length.

Interesting. I have one like that as well I just had stopped using it cause I prefer to pump but then after I stopped I realized it was working so now im starting back up hanging but gonna use the vac hanger until I max out weight on it. I believe I was hanging 16 or 17lb in the pic bellow. It was rough but I had built up a tolerance to do it pain free just sorta achey and I would get a little bit of blood on out of my urethra.
