SL lasts way longer then HA. I was refilling with SkinJect HA every other month. After 6 months of SL by itself it is semi/permanent. Main reason I switched to SL from HA was the cost. Hundreds of dollars spent on HA that was gone in a few weeks. Only thing that it did help with was teaching me needle placement under the skin and pre stretched the skin out for the massive swells from the SL injections that came later. SL > HA all day. PMMA is the gold standard if you are confident in all your HA and SL injections then take the plunge, if not keep practicing until you are. No way I'm spending 5-10k for someone else to inject my dick. Only thing I wish a lot of people had tried and posted pics of here is HA injections to the glans. My dick is super thick but smaller head. Wish they were the same thickness but I'm too scared to get abscesses that everyone is warning about injecting into the glans.

really? interesting, the Skinject I've been using doesn't seem to go away at all. I guess I don't have the same levels of hyaluronidase or potential contributing lifestyle factors to cause it to dissolve quickly. idk

take your time, don't try to inject too much at once. get to know how your body handles it and allow time for practice to get a sense of how and where to inject. it stays where you put it.

i thought SL is permanent (?) Skinject from my experience seems to last as advertised and some.

About 30% of the sl you inject becomes permanent over time as the body encapsulates it. Causing the penis to get thicker and thicker. The rest is removed by the immune system before the body can encapsulate it from my own personal experience.

But eventually it all starts to be permanent as the body quits recognizing it as a foreign body and starts leaving it alone. This happened for me about 2-3 years of injecting the sl. Now whatever I inject gets encapsulated so I can use sl like pmma.

Your mileage my vary. Hope the info helps. That skinject was in and out of my system for some reason my immune system or something just ate it up after injection.

yes i did. it is excruciating, bleeds a lot and get absorbed completely in a day.
