Okay guys took a day off back at it today have about 1hr so I'm going to try and post the progress every 10 minutes. The black line was my previous session.
Also taking 2000mg of l-arginine before session.


6 sets of 10 minutes pumps with heating pad
1. 10 minutes @ 2-5hg
2. 10 minutes @ 2-5hg
3. 10 minutes @ 5-10hg
4. 10 minutes @ 5-10hg
5. 10 minutes @ max hg
6. 10 minutes @ max hg

If time back down to 5hg if packed for 10-20 minutes.
