Hydroceles are pockets of fluid that collect outside of the testicles-- wouldn't that prevent you feeling the balls themselves? Or am I wrong here, do the testicles themselves grow? I'd like some monster balls and this sounds interesting to me but I want to feel my balls when I touch the scrotum or when a girl's sucking on 'em.

Usually the first 45 minutes of pumping will create ball growth, and afterwards the bloat comes on. So if you want to choke your gal on some huge balls keep your pump time to 45 min. or less per session. Stop if you detect some bloat, and remember that afterwards there will be a small about of bloat as your balls try to return to "normal".

When you pump for hours in a session the scrotum does get thicker as it stretches out and while it does obscure the balls they are still pretty huge inside there. If you become highly addicted to pumping, you really don't care so much about ball definition, because the feel of extreme expansion and the sheer mass and weight of them is so intoxicating, and also when the hydrocele subsides you are left with some big ones!

Obviously you don't want to beat them mercilessly or there will be lots of pain. Yes it's very disconcerting shooting pink.

I Wonder about one thing. Och i create hydrocele is there growth occuring without spinkig every time without the need too spank?

The more you pump, the bigger they get! Is the increase permanent? Or, do the hydroceles shrink after a while? If they do shrink, how long before they start doing so?

I think they would get smaller, but I don't think they would go completely away without surgery
