Skewering and Stirring isn't new and many do it. Stirring wil eventually make you sterile also with no testosterone depending how you stir. Skewering is very intense and the worst part is the piercing of the sack. The rest is very erotic and intense.

There's a whole comment for this. Swekerong and stirring if done right produces intense orgasm (stirring mainly). And little harm is done if done right. The only pain is when piercing the sack. Shallow stirring as it's called is the safest. For destruction of the teste resulting in castration you deep stir which most avoid but not all. Shrinking will occur depending on how often you do it and how much.

Any particular reason it has to be silver?

I guess you could silver solder some silver wire to a stainless steel needle, push the needle through, and then pull the wire through with the needle.

Stainless steel is only a so-so conductor of electricity. Silver is good, but tarnish on silver is basically a non-conductive coating. So you'd want to make sure your silver is clean and polished each time you use it.

Well if im honnest not a big difference but it's mors in the head (for me at least )
the sensation are most of the time when it enter and goes out , and there is some path
