And Tuesday dinner, back stretching ...








Steady day Wednesday, back in the stretch shortly..

Stretch tube Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday last week. Sunday, with a decent daytime temp' for a change i slipped into work to coat some timber whilst had half a chance of not taking 3 days to dry and finished off with a quick half hour a bit off piste for me.....














Think, for a while, that might be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

End of the day, sapped out from a 60 x 40 @ 21/2 lb to a 50 and 20 at 42 Id & 70mm, 2 3/4 lb

Tuesday in the office after around 40 mins in the stretch tube, 3 lber on











And Tuesday night after bath time ....

And back to the stretch tube at dinner but went for a different angle today.








Just before i got out i had a measure from the bottom of the tube, 4 1/4" that's a 9 3/4" stretch from the top of the weight. Didn't think that was too bad. Carry on now for a while i think. i'd love to se them hit the bottom one day ... might just take a while ....








Down south, J has been sorting her wardrobe for summer, especially for the pub down at the caravan ....
