3 way phone call yesterday morning with my sister and the celebrant for my dad's funeral next week so what better to do than get tubed up while i was sitting about in the office. Somewhere around the hour and a half ish ...

Drew, no idea.
Not much happening lately. Busy, weather is crap and on the chilly side.
Last Friday got the 70 out and donned the 3 lb er and the rings and had a bit of a stretch session for an hour

Then threw them into the 70/80 for half an hour which has now also sprung a leak, something else to get done.

Bit of time now this afternoon. Just put the 70 on the warm, see if i can get an hour in it later.
Nothing tomorrow for work, my dad's funeral tomorrow so Thursday before i'm back in.

Drew, the boob tube was one i made ages ago for massage lady but she couldn't get on with it so it's been here in a cupboard far some time. j seems to be making good use of it. I suspected it would be a bit big at the entry but it seems to be doing. It'll take a while but more pumping will yield results down the line.

Bloody cold this week so not much going on apart from the big winter overalls which are very good so Thursday chucked a 60 x 40 on, 2 1/2 lb and no problems. That never came off and come Friday i had some errands to do so put another 3/4 lb on. back to 2 1/2 late afternoon, they've got not used to it, been a while since any amount of weight has been on.
