Here's what I made to allow big balls to flop free under loose pants. I don't like squished parts.

I've been pumping at least 4 hours per day for the last 3 weeks to get this size.
I pump while driving long trips & walking, use a heating pad when able, don't over do pressure.
I use a straight tube while travelling - easier on & off.

Wish I had a bed with a hole in it. Heavy balls hanging down would increase stretch during the night.

Doesn't look like much progress but I can wear a nearly fully packed 4.5x12" tube with no discomfort.
So things must be acclimating to the stretch.

A welcome after effect new to me -
After this morning's pump I put on the black cinch-strap & went for a motorcycle ride. Arriving home about 2 hours later I was delighted to see my penis had absorbed all the fluid it could. It was as I'd pumped my cock in a 3" tube four hours. Swollen tight.
