Going back to last Friday. late afternoon we were going down to the caravan so wasn't intending to much of anything at work and so, back in the tube.

A quick one from the caravan last week ....

Nice and sunny but a chill breeze, had to find a spot where it couldn't get ....

Monday, back at work, big paperwork day so some tube time. First off in the 70.

Then into the 80 ....

And straight back into the weights. Had to go for 46mm ID's, good job i didn't get as long as i'd like in the 80, i wouldn't have any weights to fit beyond the 46,s.

So much sac around the balls it shortens the drop which is a shame but can't have everything ....

So, around 35 - 40 mins late last night. An hour this morning then on with work. warm through before dinner and the 60 x 44 on, 2 3/4 lb .
