Foreskin buttonhole in progress

Oh I know that others have cut slits, but I've never seen someone do it by gauging up a piercing hole. If someone has, I'd love to read their story, but I never found anyone else doing it so I'm kinda winging it.

My buttonhole hit 0ga (8mm) on June 28th. The Teflon tape around the piercing made it dead simple to gauge up! I'm already working on 00ga.

Here are some pics of it with a silicone tunnel in and sounding through the tunnel. So convenient.

Attached a pic of the inner foreskin hole. Just kind of a puffy asterisk, haha.

Yeah, I'm planning on using things like that. I have a set of piercing tapers that goes up to 10mm as well as some other fun tapered toys I've used for sounding in the past. Another thing I can do is put a silicone tunnel in, and then a piercing or taper through that, in order to get some more size. I'm also thinking of getting a nasal speculum.

That modification looks fabulous. Really impressed with what you’ve achieved there, and it looks very neat. It has encouraged me to do the same. I have made the piercing, in the same place as yours, and I am increasing the size of the hole, once the existing foreskin has healed around the opening. I shall share some pictures here in due course.

Update time!

Using teflon tape my 0ga (8mm) piercing is now about 8.75mm thick. The next size up is 00ga (10mm) so I've still got a little way to go, but I'm very happy with how fast things are moving anyway.

To help with that I've also picked up a nasal speculum. I covered the blades in some soft tape to avoid slightly sharp edges and pinching, but it's working nicely. I made sure to get the kind with a thumbscrew so that I can tighten it and leave it in place.

Yes, I'm very excited to use it for that purpose too, though I think I need to get some soft silicone tubing or something to put on the blades for that!
