I also started Clamp and cut Meatotomy in 15th October, Still little pain at bottom of meatotomy. should i cut little more? If yes then after how many time. I am 39 year uncircumcised.

I suggest going only 5mm's at a time. Wait as you did a month or so before continuing. The number of times depends on how far you want to extend the meato into subincision territory.

Thanks for your suggestion, I may not go for subincision, But want to complete the meatotomy as you can see the pictures there is 3 4 mm to complete. Not a big open, I think its very painful. it could be affect the pee flow/direction and always open hole.
I don't have much idea about it, so please guide and clear my doubts/confusion. How long cut is safe cut?
