Pumping after Surgilube is a ton of of fun. I almost completely stopped pumping when I switched to salinee and glucose a decade ago. But after starting SL two years ago it's gotten very fun again. There's something about fast gains...

Yes. Take time to read others experience with this. Some posts are basically a how to guide. Also, ask a lot of questions. Squirrel and GIjow answered all of mine. I've wondered what it would have been like to inject less but glad I did big injections. From the sound of it I would have gotten a fever any way.
Monday added 2 oz into one mass below the first. Had a fever Tuesday and Wednesday. Hoping it's gone today.
I am amazed how much size I got out of the initial mass by pimping because what is left is so small by now.

Definitely the fast gains are a plus. Halves my pump time. I seem to retain more mass longer. Hoping to give myself a Christmas present and top off with another 2 or 3 oz.
3 weeks from second injection
Spent the 7th through the 12 with a fever and chills and symptoms of a cold.
took an antibiotic and that helped
no soreness but i just feel rundown
I dont know if its the stress of a new job
or the surgilube.

Headed on a flight today and pumping a little before I go.

I think i wont add more this december because of the reaction of the last two times

Thats similiar to what happened with the first time.

HAd to cut it short after 97 minutes
got my schedule wrong for the day.
measured right out of the jar and was 13.75"
about 5 hours later i was 14.5
kinda of crazy that it continued to swell.
about 12 hours later back in the jar and starting measurement was 12;5
Went to bed Saturday night after a double pump day.
Pumped 97 min in the morning and almost 120 Saturday evening.
Went to bed at 15.75 inches around.
It's been 24 hours since the last pump and thus evening I'm at 12.75" around.
I like this size.
Not sure if I'll pump in the morning.
Hope to wake up at 5 am and have 2 hours before going to work.
I'm envious of you who don't get much of a reaction.
Was going to inject another 60cc but got home too late. Would like to add more before this encapsulates and gets hard.
Maybe tomorrow.

woke up 3 hours too early today and got in 104 minutes of pumping
medium pressure
40 41 and 33 minutes i think
woke up right at 12"
and after pumping ended up 14.5"
thats a big change that fast.
hoping to pump and hour every evening this week
and maybe be foolish and inject again wednesday?
i can feel a slight sting as the new load encapsulates.
so far not too bad.
I was going to add 2 oz last night but got home late and decided to wait and see how the encapsulating process feels this round.
first time left me off my feet for at least 5 days

Update 12 hours later
Came home and measured after a hectic day at work
and come in at 13.5.
Losing only an inch all day was surprising.

Pumped Tuesday and this morning
Wednesday and THursday I like the size i stayed at after pumping
stayed between 11.5 and 13" for two days.
It was weird to come home one day the same size that i left.
With pumping only i end up losing almost all of my size.
This morning
pumped up to 15.75"
I would really like to reach 16" again.
Its friday but i dont have time for pics this morning.
Planned on adding some wednesday but work wore me out
Didnt have time yesterday either.
maybe this evening.
Still cant really feel the new amount i put it.
things are to soft when not pumped
right now i can feel a firmer squishiness.
would like to inject again into where this mass is

This stuff will do it.
usually a 15" pump in the morning leaves me around 10" 11" by the end of the day.
I like how after a few hours there is more of a hang and less of a grapefruit look
36 hours since last pump
This evening started at about 13" and after 90 min of pumping was 15"
crazy how much 2" difference looks.
The fitting on my ASTJ broke
Still cant feel the new batch has encapsulated
the original one still going strong when pumped.

The tubing that connects to the ASTJ to create the suction.
I usually pump sitting sideways on the couch and this morning it slipped behind
had to move a dozen boxes and other tuff to pull it out
The pressure wasnt too bad because it slowly lessens.
Moving things with a gallon sized jar attached to me made it difficult.
ive thought about what would happen if it fell into the floor Air Intake.
It's a 2x3 foot grate
I doubt i would be stuck forever but i need the tube to blow out of the jar.
going outside and around the house wearing this thing is a scary thought

2. October 3--35cc - - 3 months and 2 weeks after first time
3. November 7 --50cc --- 5 weeks after second
Planned to add last week and then again this weekend and things just kept getting in the way and chewing a way at my time.
This morning pumped for 90 minutes after not pumping for about 36 hours.
Ended up at 14.75” this morning for work and came home and was 13.5”
Pumped for 30 minutes at low pressure, mainly to just warm and loosen up my skin and was back above 14”
After this I injected 4 syringes with about 12cc each.
My estimate is 50+ cc. – 2 oz is 59CC and this time the only amount I lost was putting the plunger in which caused a small amount to come out of the needle.
After filling two 10cc syringes to the top and setting the plunger they were overfilled to 12cc
I dropped the plunger of one of the syringes and though it didn’t hit the floor, it did land outside of the sterile zone. I threw this one away.
After filling three and setting them aside it looked like that was still enough in the tube to fill a 4th one.
And there was.
No pain at all inserting the needle.
The first syringe took some effort and went slow.
The other three went in very easily and fast. I think this is because I was injecting into the same new mass.
Put all 4 needles in the same hole. I think I don’t like this.
I put a drop of Surgilube on my skin and the needle didn’t hurt at all.
Whatever brand these needles are, I recommend them.
I’m anticipating getting very sick in about a week from this and am planning on missing at least 2 days of work. The higher ups are talking about hiring some extra people to get us through the holiday season and I realized today that If I walked away from this job tomorrow that I would be replaced in less than 24 hours. So, I’m going to lighten up and take a few vacation days here and there.
This big difference this time is that I can feel the mass I just injected. The first and second times It was very soft and so fluidlike that I couldn’t tell where it was until it encapsulated.
The second injection just started to encapsulate in the last 2 days. It’s firm but still soft enough that I believe that the surgilube went into it. My hope is that if it did the reaction might be less.

Injection site didnt let me forget about it today.
Dull ache but no pain. Skin deep and probably because of how tight and long I pinched a piece of gauze on it.
discomfort is typical for any injection site AND I held a lot of pressure right there for over an hour.
Checked every 5-10 minutes to see if any Surgilube was leaking out.
measurement this morning was 12.25
12 hours later 12.75
Not much of a difference but that could just be because things were looser this morning.
Checked out the size several times today in the lavatory. This round I can definitely feel the mass.
No fever yet.
Didnt sleep well last night. It did get in the way rolling over.
I expect a low grade fever tomorrow morning.
