It's 2 am now. I am planning a huge pumping day tomorrow. Starting at 7:30 here is my plan:

1) Wake up heat up my room to very warm levels and dress very warmly including beanie, sweatpants, socks, sweater ect. The idea is to get my balls to relax and get saggy in their own. As well as promote blood flow and vaso dilation in my skin asmy body tries to cool itself off.

2) Then I'll chug lots of salt water and warm caffiene free tea and sugar water and vitamins. I'll keep chugging this throughout the day. The idea is to improve hydration of my bodies tissues. Without losing my bodies salt and vitamins which help my body to retain water and bloat.

3) Next I'll get into my sun tea jar with silicone seal from pumptoys. I'll use low pressure with frequent breaks. Hopefully I'll be able to pump on and off for 6 or 7 hours. My goal is to get bigger than I have ever gotten. Maybe even pack my sun tea jar but I'm not getting my hopes up. I'd like avoid petichia and blisters.

Hi yes I absolutely agree with this sentiment. But I was working from home today on the laptop and couldn't really give it the attention it deserved. As my pump continues, I'll add some water to help with he home stretch. Thanks for the tip!
