I was maybe being a little too cautious and only infused about 350 ml after waking up with 23” now I am just at 24” even with the swell.

I am beginning to think that the bigger you get, the more water is already there, diluting the dextrose and reducing the amount of swelling. I will probably add about 600ml later on or in the morning.

Wow! Pipe. Thank you as ever for posting your photos. That 24" of manhood bull balls (or 2 feet which sounds even bigger) is incredible. It just looks so naturally huge and you can see that you scrotum skin is not over-stretched. I cannot wait to see how much bigger they get with the further 600 ml.

Next time I will still be miserly with the Dextrose but I will probably try to infuse a little more aggressively.
I am interested to see how big my bulge is after a month of rest!

This thread just convinced me to go down the dextrose/glucose road more thoroughly.

I made a costly mistake a few years back by doing 1L saline while at the same time doing 0,5L of 5% (2 lines).
I sealed the injection points and left my strap around my sack while I relaxed and watched some TV to enjoy the swelling.

However I fell asleep and woke up 6 hours later with excruciating pains in my groin because I put the strap on too tight and my sack expanded more than I expected.

But, yes, I'll give the small amount technique a try.
Makes sense and gives you some more control over the swell.
