Considering the amount of metal contacting his balls, that had to feel rather painful and if set to a high setting sort of burns your nuts, I'd think. Just e-stimming on either side of my balls using pads makes me moan in agony... and that can be fun too!

This is a pretty old post now, but I thought I should give an update. I finally got around to needling my balls. I started off very conservatively. But my last session went a lot farther than previous ones. I hope you enjoy the results posted here. It's definitely something I would love doing about once a month.

I tried answering your question quite awhile back but this forum is acting weird and didn't submit my answer. I'll try again.

How does it feel? It can't really be described as painful, in the standard sense of the word. Depending where you're placing the needles, it can vary from a slight pinch to a bit more significant stabbing, but nothing bad or terrible. You need to have a certain mindset, I think. It's really erotic once you begin to relax and enjoy the view and feeling.

I had more dull pain the first time I tried it, but subsequent attempts had no lasting pain. There is a very dull sense you've had needles in there, but it's really a nice reminder.

My hesistation to do this routinely is partly because I don't want to feel jaded about it, plus I want my testicles to recover from the event. There's no studies showing this will lower testosterone but my instinct tells me too much this would have some impact on it. My needles aren't that thick so any "damage" is relatively small.

At some stage, I'll see if I can find much longer needles and skewer my balls from left to right across both testicles. Just writing this down turns me on!
