I used 22G needles, think its ok, but ky-jelly is always hard to push trough

Use 18g. Much better flow.

Changed to 21G needle, slowly to push in 1ml... this is my first try.
Don't know it can swell how much...keep try first.

Normally I fill SL 10ml each nut , can feel it hard & sensitive.
So how many KY = SL harder ?

Use an18g needle. Much easier.

Extremely dangerous. Even though it may seem things "went well" initially - you may end up damaging or destroying the testicle. What the body does over time to the substance you injected is a complete unknown. It might make you sterile or it may have problems with the body rejecting the material and trigger inflammation or chronic inflammation to try and remove the substance from the testicle. Surgilube has never been tested or approved for this type of usage and it is not recommended and is extremely dangerous.

And by the way, no encapsulation inside the testicle, no immune response due to no recognition of non-self. Haploid cells are produced there.

So my GF got a little rough with my left testicle . Had SL injected a few days before. Now it's like huge as you can see my left vs my right nut. Doesn't hurt , little tender if that. Don't know if it just got pissed or what.

Most likely it’s encapsulation. You’ll get reswelling when it happens.

Following my testicle injections, I've found the KY is slowly making its way out into my urethra via the Vas Deferens tubes. , because now my pee now feels smooth and slippery, which is what KY is: smooth and slippery.
