Hey Rob! Yeah you probably nicked your tunica and drained your hydrocoele into your scrotum. Whether that was your intention or not is a totally different thing. if it was a very small nick it would drain slowly (over many hours) and since you had all that saline in there it would have been a mostly unnoticeable transition. Glad to hear you're not feeling any ill-effects
