Thanks! Here's the video from when I woke up a couple days ago. It shows me looking my lumpiest and how squishy this all is. The lump on my left side is somewhat hard and the size of a half a grape. All the other lumps feel the same as the whole mass, very soft. I doubt the lumpiness when warm and loose will go away.

Recently got to do some surgilube, after few months deliberating; feels super great! Was very sterile with the fills (1 20ml (10/side), then 1 10ml right side (it encapsulated mostly left)) and it had a dull sting, but not too bad. Loving the weight I feel in my pants now

thanks for the video! From what I've seen, I understand that you are more than a photo giver!!! Very cool!!! I think that in order to even out the lumps, you need to play with saline solution))) I don't think that the size will lost!

Yeah, here are some from when I first got my PA last January, definitely a big difference. Have some where I'm warm and relaxed and some cold and tight to show the difference.

Saline won’t affect the encapsulations at all. They will swell and that’s it. I still have some encapsulated areas after many years and saline and they are the same size. You do absorb a lot but only to a point. I think squirrel is the biggest Surgilube user out there. It might go down like 40-50% but you’ll never lose a lot of the mass.

I'll weigh in here on this topic f its ok.
Saline may not affect the size
BUT pumping will reduce the amount pretty fast.
In the space of two months I injected almost 350CC in my right side.
It’s been about 10 weeks since my last injection which was over 100CC
IT took between 3-4 weeks for my side effects to go away to the point that I felt normal. Ish.


My right is still around the size of a cue ball. I tried to be very careful and keep a ball shape.\ by not smashing it and massaging and shaping.
What I put in my left side is barely findable but after pumping for about an hour I can find a small grape sized bit. I think it took about 2 months for it to go a way to the point that it wasn’t noticeable.

RIght side swells up fast and stays bigger long.

I believe that the amount that you inject is related to how long the mass stays around.
My right side may take months more to go down.
Im interested to see how much it shrinks in the coming months.

The more you inject into an encapsulation and the bigger it gets… the long it will stay around and stay big. That’s my experience so far.

I agree with gijowjw and just4me. Saline will not affect size or shape past the temporary gain. The couple times I've done glucose since adding SL confirmed this for me. The only difference now is that I can get bigger with normal fluids now, and have less complications like blisters or sweating.

Unfortunately, I don't have a ball pump I can fit in, so I can't confirm what the others are saying about it growing big fast or that it helps the SL break down quicker. I've been pumping my cock a lot lately but the results are mixed. If I haven't been wearing constriction rings for a couple days, it gets really big, really fast. Packs my 3x7" tube in 45-60 minutes. If I have been wearing rings, pumping doesn't really grow much at all, but the size gain I get from extended constriction is similar to pumping.

After waiting nearly three months before my small shaping top up last week I can say that I doubt I'll even lose 25% of this. There was only a tiny perceptible loss of size over 3 months. I chalked it up to being a change of shape caused by having this tucked and squeezed between my legs every day.

My full journey is pictured below. It's hard to believe I've been at this for nearly 2.5 years now.

I haven't thought much about the total amount of SL I've added. It's both exciting and frightening to see it now though. If SL weighed the same as water, I'd be up to 4.5lbs of added fluid! SL is more dense so the real number is higher.

I tried measuring the weight of my package on a scale yesterday and saw 3.5-4.5 lbs. It's tough to measure without the orientation of my body affecting the result. By feel (just lifting up my balls) it's closer to 2-2.5 lbs. Still a lot, and definitely a weight that is on my mind 100% of the time.

On the spreadsheet, R is right side of balls, L is left side of balls, C is adds to cock regardless of where.

I'll do a weight vs volume measurement of SL soon and post the results. I've got ten sealed 4oz tubes of it left and don't mind losing some for science.

You’re welcome just4me. I will say pumping does help reduce it… to a point. I’ve done about 1400-1500 cc over the last 10 years. I’m about 2/3 the size squirrel is at and it makes sense compared to how much he has used. I’ve not got any smaller though now for 4 months so… kinda at that point we’re I’ll never be smaller than I am. So just be aware of what you’re doing, once you grow to a certain point, you will never be smaller.

2/3 is still a lot. Ive been following both of your posts on here.
Squirrel put up with my questions for probably 2 years.
Ive been tempted to try and add something like 10cc and see if the side effects i got are not as bad as big loads.
Then I would add that much every week and a half.
I like the size I am now and would be ok with a little more now that things have settled.
May try to pump this evening.

So if I kept it under 30cc I never had a fever or bad aches. However the bigger I got, more I could do up to 90cc, did that once each side, holy crap it hurt. I did 30cc then waited 2 weeks did the same. No issues.
