From my own experience, when your above a few PSI the thing becomes so tight and stiff you can barely flex your package around. Trying to get into a vagina would probably not work. You can barely move it around with your hand things get so tight.

These products also exists, they're called carboxy pens. Even though I had to buy it from overseas, I like their simplicity vs the tire inflator set up. With the carboxy pen, you'll only be able to use them with threaded cartridges, and it's difficult to find anything besides threaded CO2. Most N2O cartridges are non-threaded.

Your scrotum does look much wider across the front than it did in the beginning of this thread. Ive done 18 high pressure hour long inflations now since august and I definitely notice more tissue, my sack is certainly looser but it's almost never relaxed because it's winter so I can't tell. It just feels stretchier now. Have you kept track of how many inflations you've done? You were saying once a week or more, I found I can do high pressure inflations for several days on end, once or twice a day, but then when I stop my sack goes into healing and it will hurt badly unless i wait over 2 weeks. During that time there is also that temporary thickening that seems like the inner sack is just inflamed, if i wait till that subsides I will usually have good inflation's.
