Thanks, men! If I can do it, ANYBODY can do it. Before I started ball stretching it didn't look like I had ANY balls. I am NOT kidding. In addition, you can see that I am not very well endowed. No nuts and a small pecker really caused me to have low self-esteem. But, since I have gotten my lil hangers going, I notice that my self-esteem is growing. I get all my weights from The Chain Gang Body Jewelry. Give them a Google. They are a good company to deal with. They let you return a weight if you get the wrong size. They ship world-wide. I highly recommend them.

The weight I'm wearing is their heavy-duty donut model. It is 40mm tall with a 38mm inner hole diameter. This model only comes as 40mm tall but you can get it in MANY different inner hole diameters for a good fit. It weighs around 3 pounds. It is my favourite weight.

Thanks for that Steve. He's much too big for a 38, even i can't get one of those on. He borrowed a 45 off me yesterday when we met up and he's chuffed he managed to get that on this morning with a 50 sat on top. Stacking has it's uses but more weight lower down gives far more swing helping to stretch things in all directions.

One thing I don't understand is why it is nice to hold or handle his fishing gear, or tackle, as you say.

I hope you find some suitable ball weights. I think the Chain Gang only offers up to a 42 or 44mm inner hole diameter. I bet both you and Bignlow would be truly spectacular to see in real life! Please keep making this website so inspiring with your posts!
